American Pile and Foundation was subcontracted to install over 600-16-inch auger cast piles. The piles ranged in depths from 45 to 60 feet and were filled with concrete. Due to restrictions involving drilling within 15 feet of freshly poured piles, certain piles had to be skipped and then drilled and poured later. American Pile and Foundation had to develop an access plan to accommodate what was essentially a leap-frog pile driving operation. Roughly 1,400 yards of grout was used to pour the piles.
