Frank DiSalvo, P.E.

Frank DiSalvo, P.E. serves as Vice President at American Pile and Foundation, bringing strong technical expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to the advancement of the geotechnical engineering industry. Since joining APF in 2021, Frank has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth and strategic objectives. He is known for his practical, solutions-driven approach and his ability to navigate the evolving challenges of the industry, including workforce development and the ongoing talent shortage. In addition to his role at APF, Frank serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Civil Engineering at Manhattan College and is a member of The Moles, reflecting his dedication to education, mentorship, and innovation within the field. Frank holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and continues to contribute to the industry through leadership, teaching, and technical excellence.
